Apprentice
Specifies and communicates digital interfaces based on existing well-understood or documented patterns. Obtains feedback on designs from potential users and stakeholders and iterates them.
Practitioner
Specifies and communicates more complex and novel digital interfaces based on existing requirements as well as human-computer interaction best practices. Designs and conducts wide-scale activity to gain feedback (individually or group-based) using assets such as wireframes, paper prototypes or HTML prototypes.
Master
Creates and maintains standards for interaction (such as a library of design patterns) for use across the organisation to ensure that interaction remains consistent and usable.
