This website (the “Site”) is operated by Spark Trajectory Ltd. This privacy statement informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the site.

Information collection, use, storage and processing
Your personal information is protected under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. In this respect, Spark Trajectory Ltd is the data controller responsible for the information collected via this website.
Device Information
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Using and sharing Device information
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing activity).
We share your Device Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a ‘Do Not Track’ signal from your browser.
Personal information submitted voluntarily through an online form
We may ask you for personal information if you choose to complete an online form in order to contact us or subscribe to a mailing list.
We hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or until you ask us to delete your information. With your consent, we, and authorised third-parties, process your personal data only for the purpose of providing the services you have requested.
Authorised third parties include Square Space (the operator of email campaign software used to manage our email newsletter) and Google (the operator of spreadsheet software that stores responses to our forms.) We do not store or process any sensitive data.
If you sign up for our newsletter we will only know your name and email address.
Complying with applicable laws and regulations
We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Your rights

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Security
The security of your personal information is extremely important to us, but no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
